How do I retrieve my lost account?

Your game progress is bound to the device you installed the game on for the first time by default. Additionally, you can link your game progress to multiple accounts on other platforms.

Tap your avatar in the game > Settings (the "gear" icon) > Account > then tap "Bind account" to save your game progress by binding your account with a third-party account.

If you start a new game without binding to any third-party account, your previous game progress will be overwritten. In that case, you can contact customer service and provide the following information:

1. The game server your character is in (i.e. battlefield number)

2. The nickname of your in-game character

3. Approximate registration time (when the game was first installed and the character created)

4. Account registration location (the country/region you were in when you first installed the game and created your character)

5. The device model you use to log in to the game (Samsung Galaxy S20, iPhone 14 pro, etc.)

6. The screenshot of recharge order(s) (you can find it in the email inbox linked to the account of the payment platform. Please include the order ID, order amount, payment time, and other key information when taking the screenshot). Having order information is critical for retrieving the account; please make sure to provide the information if you have made any recharges previously.

The more detailed information you provide, the faster the customer service will be able to assist you in retrieving your account.
