What should I do if I made a recharge to the wrong account?

Some players may have more than one account in more than one server. If you find that the content of the recharge is sent to the wrong account, you can send a screenshot of the order (including order ID, order time, payment amount, and other key information) to customer service; we will transfer the items for you after receiving the request.

Note that transferring items is only possible if the same content is also available in the target server. If it is not currently available in the target server, we can replace the pack with another pack of the same price for you.
