What should I do if I purchased the wrong pack?

If you find that the content purchased in-game is not what you expected, please do not initiate a refund directly. You can send a screenshot of the order (including key information such as order ID, order time, payment amount, etc.) to customer service and tell us the content of the pack you wish to replace. We will replace your order as soon as we receive your request (applies only to packs of the same price).
