What should I do if I have been muted?

In order to create a healthy and harmonious game environment, posting any abusive messages, making personal abuses, or posting pornographic, violent, terrorist, racist, or any other inappropriate content is not tolerated when you use the chat function in the game.

You will be muted if you have posted any of the inappropriate content listed above. Players who continue posting inappropriate content will be subject to an account ban for a limited time or permanently.

If you have received a warning email, you can contact our customer service to appeal.
