Will the purchased content be deducted after refund?

After the refund goes through, the game content obtained from the order will be removed. If the items have already been used, they will be converted into Gold based on the value of the items and deducted. Insufficient Gold will be shown as a negative number; you will need to purchase enough Gold to make up the difference when that happens. Please do not initiate refunds frequently; your account could face the punishment of a limited-time or permanent ban if the system detects any malicious refund behavior.

Note: There may be a delay between the refund process and the deduction of items. We reserve the right to pursue the items.
