What should I do if my account has been banned?

We protect the right of all users to experience the game smoothly.

Your account will be banned for a limited time or permanently if you violate the terms of our policy in the game, such as posting abusive messages, making personal abuses, posting pornographic, violent, terrorist, racist, or any other inappropriate content; exploiting third-party plug-ins or game bugs intentionally to obtain illegal gains, recharging via illegal third-party channels, making malicious refunds; publicly posting the sale of in-game resources, buying and selling game accounts, or involving in any other malicious conducts.
